Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,
It is with great excitement, pride, and anticipation that I welcome you to an extraordinary new school year at Cousins Middle School! I am honored to serve as your principal and to lead our Cardinals into a year filled with opportunity, growth, and success. Together, we are ready to soar higher than ever before.
With over 25 years of experience as an educator, I have had the privilege of working alongside students, families, and staff to help young people discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and reach their highest potential. Those years have taught me that when we combine high expectations, strong relationships, and a shared commitment, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.
This year, our guiding theme is Operation Take Flight: Mission New Mindset, Next Level. This is more than just a slogan, it is our commitment. We will challenge ourselves to think differently, dream bigger, and push beyond limits. Every student will be encouraged to embrace a new mindset and reach the next level academically, socially, and personally.
As your principal, my goals for Cousins Middle School are clear and unwavering:

· Positive Culture: Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where students feel valued and motivated to succeed.

· Leadership for All: Empower both students and staff to lead with confidence, vision, and purpose.
I believe in the potential of every student who walks through our doors. I know that with the right support, high expectations, and a shared vision, our Cardinals can achieve remarkable things. This year, we will celebrate progress, overcome challenges together, and set our sights on even greater heights.
