Your Username is your last name, first letter of first name, first letter of middle name, 2 digit month plus 2 digit day of birthday
Your password is your lunch number (do not include 0)
Example:
Student Name: John Mike Smith
Student Lunch Number: 12345
Student Birthday: 01/ 01/ 2020
Username: smithjm0101 Password: 12345
